Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Ensure required cuts are available to Customers at all times.
- Maintain food quality standards.
- Monitor shrinkage.
- Understanding and knowledge of cold chain.
- Ensuring compliance to all internal and legislative requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a Wholesale environment
- Knowledge of Butchery procedures and products is necessary
- Food Safety knowledge
- Ability to communicate in English both verbal and written
- Exposure to the FMCG industry preferable
