Key Responsibilities
An opportunity has arisen for an Operational Intern to produce logical and technical specifications from functional
specifications and analyses data according to business needs. Please refer to Requirements, Duties and Responsibilities below:
- Work closely with management to determine areas of improvement within the operational scope
- Take notes and keep records
- Take ownership and responsibility
- Build relationships with other parties/divisions
- Design and develop new ideas for to improve vehicle turnaround times
- Research new tech that will benefit the team, project or client
- Integrate time saving strategies with operational activities
- Communicate effectively with the team
- Provide insight and contribute to strategies and goals
- Build Dashboards
- Update and/or automated dashboards and reports to be sent to relevant parties daily/weekly/monthly
Requirements
- Matric / NQF level 6
- Relevant Diploma/Degree or studying towards a diploma/degree
- Excellent communication, presentation and co-ordination skills
- Computer literacy and general administrative skills
- Driver’s licence and own transport will be advantageous
