Key Responsibilities
The following is the procedure for applying to the RCL Foods Management Trainee Programme.
Step 1: VISIT RCL FOODS WEBSITE AND APPLY ONLINE: Complete a questionnaire and upload your CV and academic transcripts
Step 2: PUT YOUR GAME FACE ON. Complete mobile enabled assessments and a recorded video interview
Step 3: CASE STUDY AND INTERVIEW. Complete a business case study, present your findings and participate in a panel interview
Step 4: SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES SHORTLISTED. If you are selected as one of the final candidates, pre-employment checks will be requested by our Talent Acquisition Team
Step 5: OFFER PREPARED. Once your pre-employment checks are verified, RCL Talent Acquisition Team will prepare an offer of employment
