Key Responsibilities
Good communication skills with proficiency in English
Manage the processing of sales transactions accurately and timeously
Manage quality non-conformances
Manage environmental non-conformances
Manage Health and Safety standards
Manage housekeeping standards
Manage compliance with legal requirements for transporting aggregates
Manage despatch sales documents
Ensure efficient deliveries of materials in liaison with internal sales
Planning and scheduling of fleet to meet customer daily production requirements.
Monitoring and follow up recovery plans and communicate to sales and customers
Requirements
To manage the dispatches at Mooiplaas quarries as part of the sales & marketing team
Grade 12
Computer literate
Minimum 3 years, Despatch and Transport Management experience in the Aggregates, CPM or RMC businesses
