Key Responsibilities

  • Receive exposure in all aspects of People Management including Learning and Development.
  • Assist with value-adding People Management projects.
  • Compile analytical information.
  • Assist with Learning and Development reporting.
  • Assist with payroll submissions.
  • Willing to travel throughout the country to conduct site visits.

Requirements

  • Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology/ Human Resource Management (Essential)
  • Driver’s license (Essential)
  • Own Vehicle (Preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly analytical and action orientated
  • Resourceful organiser and planning aptitude
  • Strong administration skills
  • SDF Qualification (Advantageous)
  • Demonstrated outstanding academic achievement.
  • The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • The ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-orientated environment, willingness to take initiative and to understand the business and add value where needed.
  • An aptitude for problem solving.
  • A strong commitment to personal and professional growth.
  • Must be resourceful, responsible, tenacious, curious, independent, confident and high energy.
