Key Responsibilities
- Collect insurance claims from branches and ensure that claims are registered timeously
- Extract credit note reports from the system and provide a weekly credit note report to the Risk Manager and Financial Manager
- Maintain and check the completeness and accuracy of the log sheets for company vehicles
- Capture credit notes against wholegoods warranty claims
- Capture of John Deere stock receipts on the system
- Ensure all vendor master data on the system
Requirements
- Grade 12
- 3 years administration experience
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Accuracy
- Discipline
- Identification with management
- Cooperation
- Team player
