Key Responsibilities

ArcelorMittal South Africa is offering a 24 months structured Candidate Engineer training programme aligned with the Engineering Council of South Africa’s (ECSA) requirements. The programme will incorporate learning through working alongside experts and guidance by a coach and mentor on an accelerated development journey that is rooted in a high-performance culture. Successful candidates will join on a fixed term contract for a period of 2 years. After the 2 year programme, successful candidates will be eligible for permanent employment based on their performance.

Opportunities are available to graduates that have completed their studies in Electrical Engineering.

Locations – Successful applicants may be required to relocate:
•    Gauteng – Vanderbijlpark and Vereeniging
•    Kwazulu Natal – Newcastle
•    Mpumalanga – eMalahleni

Requirements

Qualification requirement:
•    Completed BEng OR 4 Year BSc Engineering degree from a recognised South African University
