- Guidance & Support: You’ll play a crucial role in supporting learners and line managers, helping them manage development plans and pinpoint critical skill gaps. This includes developing structured learning plans and assisting with strategies to close those gaps.
- Program Adaptation & Monitoring: The learning journey is continuous. You’ll adapt programs for special needs, monitor progress against learning plans, and ensure adherence to Sasol’s comprehensive learning guidelines.
- Continuous Improvement: You’ll contribute to the ongoing enhancement of learning initiatives by developing and monitoring learning metrics, investigating deviations, and proactively updating learning material.
