About Rand Water

Rand Water is the largest bulk water utility in Africa and is one of the largest in the world, providing bulk potable water to more than 11 million people in Gauteng, parts of Mpumalanga, the Free State and North West – an area that stretches over 18 000 km2.
Rand Water Head Office is based in Glenvista, Johannesburg, South Africa. The company has two large pumping and purification stations at Vereeniging and Zuikerbosch; Four main booster stations at Zwartkopjes, Palmiet, Mapleton and Eikenhof.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve tea.
•Set the tables in the dining hall for lunch time.
•Arrange the venue and serve meals for all the functions.
•Clean the kitchen.
•Assist with the maintenance and replenishing of stock for the coffee Machines
•Rotate in all areas of the canteen when required.
•Apply the standards of Food safety and Hygiene.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
•2 years’ advanced waitering experience.
•Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as and when required
•Proven customer service orientation
