Key Responsibilities
- Management of Participant Visits
- Research activities are carried out considerate of operational context
- Optimal Clinic Participant flow based on LEAN principles
- High level of customer service satisfaction
- Study protocol is implemented and executed correctly
- Participant’s visits are successfully screened, enrolled and managed according to protocol
- All study procedures are conducted as per protocol
- Study community regularly engaged and well informed
- Health and Safety Compliance with applicable legislation and law
- Proactive assessment and mitigation of Health and Safety risks
- Make available relevant study documentation
- Submission of Study reports
- Data is accurately and timeously captured
- Keep accurate records of all relevant interactions and communications with participant.
- Coordinate with CRS Clinical Project Manager regarding activities / requirements of staffing.
- Ensure compliance of WPG and SOPs for reception and retention
- Effective people management
- Work schedules available for staff
- Training needs identified and relevant training delivered and documented
Requirements
- Grade 12 and Tertiary degree or equivalent diploma in a related field
- At least 1 year experience in managing people in a leadership capacity
- Ability to speak English and Xhosa
- Health and Safety qualification
- FOH or hosting experience
- Clinical research or clinic on-site management experience
- Staff performance management and development
- Excellent report writing skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Strong Client focus
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice with a valid GCP certificate
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Computer skills: Email, Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint
