The RMB Graduate Programme was established in 2007 to develop and nurture young talent and create a pipeline of leaders in the bank. The Programme has since enabled many graduates to kick-start their working careers and grow them into senior roles within RMB.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Completed or currently completing a postgrad degree in Commerce, STEM, Finance, Statistics, or Economics.
  • Academic Excellence: An average of 65% in academic achievements.
  • Experience: Less than 12 months working experience.
  • Attendance: Must be able to attend the programme in person in Sandton, Johannesburg.
  • Citizenship: Open only to South African citizens (international students can explore similar opportunities on the FNB careers website).
