Taking and distributing meeting minutes will also be part of your repertoire, ensuring everyone stays on track.
- Event and Travel Maestro: From arranging venues and catering for team events to making seamless travel bookings, you’ll ensure every logistical detail is covered. You’ll also be instrumental in assisting new joiners, making their transition smooth and welcoming.
- Administrative Support Champion: Your day will involve a variety of general administrative tasks, including assisting visitors, handling package deliveries, preparing professional Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents, and meticulous filing. You’ll also manage stationery orders, arrange refreshments for special occasions, and ensure adherence to company policies related to travel, cellphones, and expense claims.
- Financial Acumen: You’ll play a key part in account and cost maintenance, from requesting quotes and generating purchase orders to following up with vendors and checking invoices. Reconciling corporate credit card expenses and resolving any discrepancies with accounts payable will also fall under your purview.
