Northriding College has a high school in Northriding in Randburg. Northriding College provides the excellent Curro education to learners from Grade 8 to Grade 12. Northriding College limits its class sizes to make sure learners get personal attention, and it has an optional aftercare and school transport service. Teaching takes place in English, with Afrikaans and isiZulu as additional language options. The College also have subjects such as Robotics and IT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, control, record and report on assessments.
  • Attend meetings, forums, workshops for the grades/phase as required.
  • Create an educational atmosphere in the classroom.
  • Take responsibility for any and all school equipment and stock of the class.
  • Work closely with the teachers in the grades/phase to ensure the effective running of the grades/phase.
  • Manage, plan, assist and promote teaching and learning within the class.
  • Manage, plan, assist and promote activities (sport and culture) within the school.
  • Manage, plan, assist and promote discipline within the grades/phase.
  • Assist with sport and other admin duties as and when the need arises.
  • Personal commitment to education and a willingness to contribute to the values and ethos of the school.


  • NQF level 5 in Educare
  • Relevant experience in teaching learners in this phase
  • Current SACE registration.
  • CAPS curriculum experience.
  • A clear criminal record.

The successful candidate will start as soon as possible.
